I'm trying to find the name of a horror movie I saw in the 1970's?

Unfortunatley I remember little about it. I believe it was an anthology of various stories. However, the one story I do remember had to do with a woman who gets revenge on a soon to be married man by using some form of evil "magic" that when the male wedding topper on the cake is cut, a cut actually appears in the real man's head!! Freaky. I know it's not much to go on. Thanks for any help
