Girl help, please help me?

ok i like this girl ALOT and my friend who is also a girl said the girl i like doesn't like me but they don't even talk or hang out so i think she is fibbing, i REALLY like her and i don't want to get rejected or embarrment or be laughed at etc, can somebody PLEASE help me on what i can doubt i cant stress it enough how much i like her i know i sound weird or like a creep but im not. so any ideas? ( girls especially will help more i think )
