Why does my GTA: IV (PC) Lag?

That's strange. When i read your question i thought you would not have recommended system requirements for this game. It happens in such a case when you don't have recommended system requirements for the game. But your case is different. Re-install the game, if it still don't works, run the REG setup, if it also don't works, then I AM SORRY I CAN"T HELP
