Why can't tna have a normal ladder match?

am i the only one that thinks a x division ladder match would be AMAZING?! Instead they make the terror dome for the x division which i think is stupid i mean the only ladder match they have is the king of the mountain matches and they make too many rules for it. The christian cage kaz ladder match was great. Q what is your favorite ladder match of all time.
