About to complete HSC in commerce, what are the prolific options that i can take up rather than the general?

My brother is about to complete his HSC in commerce, and what are the options that he can pursue other than B.com,LLB,Journalism,Hotel Management,Fashion Design, can he go for technical courses like ociate degree in engineering or nursing (not general)......etc.
