I recently started dating this guy in my year at school?

well it started of on facebook my ex asked me out on chat, i said i don't know he was keep on asking me saying i'm fit and all that so in the end i said yes, then we met up in the field in school and i had my first proper kiss and he wanted to feel me up and down so i let him, then he wanted to have with me but i said i dont know because i was worried if i got pregnant so then he texted me 'condoms on monday' and sent me a load of texts, then i inboxed him on facebook and said somethin about condoms and his dad/mum read them and wrung up the school and i got the blame, then he texted me saying i'm jibbed(dumped) then i was quite upset for a while then i got over him, then a weeks later(a week ago) he texted me saying 'hi x' then i texted him back saying hi?, then a few days after that he texted me saying condoms for monday, then i put are we even going out and he put 'yes' and then i texted him about the condoms then i found out his mum/dad were reading the texts because the school pulled me up and said don't text him again, but i always see him ping by in school but he just goes straight past me? what do i do, i can't help it i l really love him :'( someone please answer
