I have a messed up grammer please help me?

hi guys i am 15 years old boy i am from egypt so arabic is my main language my second language is english i know alot of english but the problem is my grammer suk the tenses present past present perfect...etc its all messed up i think its because i didnt have the basics right can u give me some websites or guides on how to repair that damage? i need to have the basics startin from scratch and thank you very much :)
